Fay L. Davis

Fay L. Davis 81 of Marion passed at her home on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Fay was born February 28, 1943 in Harrison, the daughter of Berle Davis and Elsie (Bailey) Davis. She had resided in Harrison for many years prior to moving to Florida. Fay spent many years in Florida, before moving to Marion in 2022.

Ms. Davis spent many years in the retail liquor and food service business as a food server and bar tender. For a number of years, Fay owned and operated her own lunch wagon. She also was very craft oriented, making shirts, dolls and crafts. Fay was a life member of VFW Auxiliary Post #7122 of Floral City, Florida. Fay enjoyed sewing, making Cabbage Patch dolls, dancing, cooking, and baking for her family and friends. Her grandchildren will fondly remember her as the “best cook” ever.

Surviving Ms. Davis are her five children; Gary Roland and wife Rhonda of Temple, Michigan, Scott Roland and wife Kathy of Harrison, Connie Brown and husband Richard of Harrison, Ronnie Roland and wife Loretta of Marion and Patricia Bergen and husband Eric of Trufant, Michigan, one adopted daughter, Robin Hatfield of Marion, one adopted son, Tim Clark and wife Cherie of Hernando, Florida, nineteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, one sister, Peggy Hardy of Harrison, one brother, Larry Davis also of Harrison, plus numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and her fur baby, Jack. Fay was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Christopher Randall, two sisters; Darlene Jerd and Sandy Davis, and three brothers; Terry Davis, Sam Davis and Keith Davis.
