Victoria Lynn (Gross) Hudson

Victoria Lynn (Gross) Hudson age 69 of Harrison, Michigan passed away on December 27, 2025. Leaving behind a legacy defined by service, compassion, and a deep commitment to the community she loved.

    Born on November 09, 1956, in Clare Michigan. Vicki lived a life guided by the belief that small acts of kindness could create lasting change. You would often find her behind the desk at J & G Auto Clinic. She loved and adventure and ran the roads like they were on fire often visiting people and leaving treasures along the way.

    Throughout her years, she dedicated herself to strengthening the fabric of the community, her family, and friends. She was a leader, mentor and a steady and generous presence to those in need. Vicki loved farming, gardening, canning, horseback riding, and being the resident expert on almost everything.

    Beyond public contributions, Vicki was a devoted parent/partner/friend/sibling finding the greatest joy in time spent with loved ones. Her home was a place of hospitality, laughter guidance, support, and her influence extended far beyond what can be measured.

    Words could never express the depth of our loss or the love we feel for her. She was tough when life demanded it, gentle when love was needed, and funny enough to make even the hardest days lighter. A giver by nature, she was always the first to show up, help out, or to lend a hand, often without being asked.

     Her heart was especially big for animals, who seemed to sense her kindness and were drawn to her gentle spirit. She taught us what it meant to love fiercely, live honestly, and care deeply.

     Vicki is survived by her mother Dolly Gross, loving husband Gary Hudson. Daughter’s family Jennifer, Travis, Isis, Lola, Hera, and Phenix Hill. Daughter’s family Jessica Hudson and Patrick Bartlett.  Son’s family John, Laura, Link and Maverick Hudson. Sister Angela (Keith) Hafelein, brother Andy (Mary Jo) Gross, Vicki was preceded in death by her father Charles Wesley Gross and her in-laws Rex and Ann Hudson.

      Though she is no longer with us, her love, her lessons, and her laughter will live on in every life she has touched. She will be missed beyond words and loved forever

      A celebration of life will be held at the V.F.W. 3190 N.
