Tom McIntosh, age 72, of Coleman, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025. He was born on September 11, 1952, the son of Ray and Beryl McIntosh, in Gladwin. He married the love of his life, Rebecca Ross, and together they shared many years of love and cherished memories.

Tom worked as a laborer and heavy equipment operator for Fisher Contracting in Midland. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. Above all, Tom cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife: Rebecca McIntosh; children: Heather (Ron) Prater and Jared (Michelle) McIntosh; grandchildren: Marissa (Jaycee) Hill, Travis (Jackie) Lynch, Lucas (Carrie) Prater, Nicholas Prater, Coda McIntosh, Alexandria Matt, Jared McIntosh, Jacob McIntosh, Tristan Meis, Austin Meis, and Bailey Wagner; great-grandchildren: Noah, Perrie, Reagan, Micah, Bryant, Theodore, and Winona; and sisters, Sue Robbins and Carole Gower.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Ray and Beryl McIntosh; siblings: Vern McIntosh, Lyle McIntosh, Herb McIntosh, Jim McIntosh, Jerry McIntosh, Leonard McIntosh, Leola Hude, Nova Jean Adams, Vonnie Leeck, Ella Doyle, Elsie Swinehart, Marcia McIntosh, and Deborah McIntosh; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life luncheon will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 12:30-5:00 P.M. at the Sherman Township Hall at 4013 Oberlin Road, Gladwin.
