Multiple Agencies to Hold Training at Farwell Schools

Jerry Becker, CCEMHSD Director announced the Clare County Emergency Services and Homeland Security Division; Clare County Public Safety, and surrounding agencies will be conducting a Full-Scale Active Assailant Type Exercise at the Farwell High/Middle School at 480 East Ohio Street in Farwell on June 27 from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. There will be several emergency vehicles on site during the exercise that are participating in this valuable exercise and training opportunity. These exercises provide needed networking between multiple agencies and disciplines and vastly help improve our coordination and communication response skills and also help improve school and community safety.
