2025 Angel Tree Program Thank You! 

Now that the holiday season has come to an end, Saint Athanasius Christian Service, in conjunction with DHHS, would like to thank all who were involved in the 2025 Christmas Angel Tree Program.  

This year 14 organizations collaborated in providing both toys and clothing for 88 families, consisting of 173 children in Clare County. In addition to those 346 Angel Tree wish tags being fulfilled, 16 food boxes were also provided to Clare County families.  

It takes many people to make this program a success, and we are so grateful to our new participants Lake of the Pines and the Lily Lake Ladies, as well as the continued support of the following faith communities and businesses, making Christmas special for these children:  Buccilli’s Pizza of Clare, Clare County Treasurer’s Office, individuals from the 80th District Court, Farwell Church of Christ, Community of Christ-Farwell, Farwell United Methodist Church, Harrison Do It Best Lumber, Living Hope Lutheran Church, Shell Gas Station-Harrison, St. Athanasius Catholic Church, St. Luke Lutheran Church, and Dan Durga State Farm. We thank each of them for their sponsorship and for their congregation/shoppers generosity in bringing Christmas joy to these families.
