Thomas Robert Lamberg

Thomas Robert Lamberg of Harrison Michigan, a beloved father, grandfather, husband and friend, passed away April 25, 2024, after a brief courageous battle with cancer. He took comfort in life’s simple pleasures and his favorite pastime was spending time with his grandkids. He had a keen eye for the beauty of nature, spending cherished moments rock hunting and marveling at the wonders of the earth. Tom delighted in captivating audiences with his magic tricks, bringing smiles and wonder to all who witnessed. He found solace and challenge in the intricate strategies of chess, where he displayed both skill and patience. Tom was a passionate fan of the Detroit Red Wings, finding joy and camaraderie in every game. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his open minded push for anyone to pursue their passions, no matter how far-fetched.

He is survived by his loving wife, Val, devoted son, Ben (Cortnie), cherished daughter, Sarah (James), dear sisters, Robin and Kathie, and adored grandchildren, Ashton, Nikola and Clayton. Tom’s presence in their lives brought wisdom, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Tom also leaves behind his two beloved dogs Joku and Otis, who brought him companionship and comfort throughout his life. In accordance with his wishes, there will not be a funeral. Instead, his family will gather privately to honor his memory and celebrate his life.
