HAZEL L. KISSEE

Hazel L. Kissee age 78 of
Harrison, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the Mid Michigan
Regional Medical Center of Gladwin. She was born on March 10, 1929 the
daughter of Myron and Flossie D. (Wilcox) Voshell in Illyria Township,
Fayette County, Iowa. Hazel was united in marriage to Merlyn W. Kissee,
Mr. Kissee preceded her in death, she was then united in marriage to
Richard VanBeelen, he also preceded her in death.
Hazel had resided in Harrison since 1973, coming from Lansing,
Michigan. She was a member of Trinity Christian Life Center.
Surviving is her daughter, Sandra and husband Charles H. Curley of
Harrison, two sisters, Fern Kaider of Prudenville and Marion Carpenter
of Lansing, eight grandchildren, Rosetta Kissee, Sherri LaFeve, Melisa
Leaf, Nathan Kissee, Kayla Curley, Dawn Bruce, Charles Curley and
Chelsey Curley plus nine great grandchildren and her long time friend
Bob Krol. Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Ronald
Kissee in 2000, three brothers, Harley, Martin and Melvin Voshell, and
one sister, Berniece Aksamit in 1978.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 11:00
a.m. from the Trinity Christian Life Center, Harrison, with Rev. Dennis

DANNY LEE "DAN" DRIVER

Danny Lee "Dan" Driver, 54 of
Harrison passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Beaumont Hospital,
Royal Oak, Michigan. Dan was born August 2, 1953 in Lansing, Michigan,
the son of Dayton A. Sr. and Patricia (Leizer) Driver.
Mr. Driver had resided in Harrison since 1989, coming from Miami,
Florida. Dan was a member of the Operating Engineers International-Local
324. Dan loved collecting and operating heavy equipment.
Surviving are his loving children, one daughter, Jamie Rhodes and
husband Danny of Harrison, one son, Jeremy Lee Driver and wife Rebecca
of Belle Fontaine, Ohio, two brothers: Dayton Driver of Mississippi and
Bill Driver and wife Louise of Alaska, two sisters: Julie Anderson of
Harrison and Lorie Hewett also of Harrison, three grandchildren: Quinn
Anne Driver, Braxton Rhodes and Haven Rhodes, close friends: Bob and
Theresa Fox and Mike Mikolaizyk all of Harrison, plus numerous nieces
and nephews. Mr. Driver was preceded in death by his parents and one
sister, Patricia Driver.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 11:00
a.m. from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Pastor Dennis Feuerstein
officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Plains Cemetery, Harrison. Memorial
contributions in memory of Mr. Driver may be considered to: American

EARL DAVIS
Earl Davis age 95 of Harrison passed
away Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the Gladwin Pines-Mid Michigan
Nursing Home. He was born on June 8, 1912 in Primrose, Lee County,
Kentucky to Willie and Amanda (Creech) Davis. Earl married the late Mary
Eugenia Whisman on November 23, 1935 in St. Helens, Lee County,
Kentucky. Mary preceded Earl in death on February 5, 2002.
Mr. Davis had resided in Harrison since 1973, coming from
Rochester, Michigan. He was a member of the United Brethren Church of
Harrison. Earl was very active with the Hayes Township Senior Center.
Surviving are his two sons: Marvin E. Davis and wife Joean of
Ortonville, Michigan, Robert L. Davis and wife Colleen of Antioch,
California, son in law, Glenn Fenner of Harrison, four brothers: James
Davis and wife Christa of Rochester, Michigan, Wayne Davis and wife Mary
of Clarkston, Michigan, Harold Davis and wife Verna of Farwell, Michigan
and John Davis of Cincinnati, Ohio, eight grandchildren, seventeen
great-grandchildren, five great greatgrandchildren plus numerous nieces
and nephews. Earl also was preceded in death by one daughter, Margaret
A. Fenner on January 31, 2006, three brothers: Everett, Joseph and
Herbert Davis and one sister, Grace Cooper.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 3:00 p.m.
from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison with Reverend Lee Palmer
officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Plains Cemetery, Harrison. Memorial

RANDY JAMES GRAY
Randy James Gray 50 of Harrison
passed away Thursday, August 23, 2007 at his home. Mr. Gray was born
March 13, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of James Edward Louis and
Anastassia (Golfis) Gray.
Randy had resided in Harrison since 2000, coming from Houston,
Texas and Royal Oak, Michigan. Mr. Gray was a member of the Detroit
Renegades M/C-Mid Michigan.
Surviving are his loving daughters: Roxanne Gray and Rodney Janczak
of Cypress, Texas and Rachel Gray and Jeremiah West of Katy, Texas, his
mother, Ann Gray of Prudenville, Michigan, four brothers: Wayne Desilet
of Clawson, Michigan, George Gray of Arizona, Terry Gray of Tawas,
Michigan and Jamie Gray and wife Kim of Smithscreek, Michigan, one
sister, Ann Marie Dryps and husband Brian of Oxford, Michigan, three
grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Gray, Jordan Michelle West and Jeremiah
Jacob West Jr., his companion, Alice J. Pittman of Harrison, plus many
nieces and nephews. Randy was preceded in death by his father, James
Edward Louis Gray.
Celebration of life services were held Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at
