PATRICIA A. ALLBEE
Patricia A. Allbee, 71, of Harrison,
passed away Friday, March 27, 2009 at her home with family and friends
at her side. Patricia was born October 27, 1937 in Belding, Michigan,
the daughter of Ralph and Pearl (Edmonds) Hubbard. Patricia was united
in marriage to Mr. Percy L. Allbee on August 22, 1958 in Harrison.
Mrs. Allbee had resided in Harrison since 1958, coming from
Belding. Patricia was an avid babysitter and housekeeper, always
maintaining a beautiful home. She enjoyed caring for her husband.
Patricia loved music, watching old movies and spending time with family
and friends.
Surviving is her husband, Percy L. Allbee of Harrison, two
daughters: Alice Anderson and husband Michael of Saginaw and Ann Daniels
and husband Michael of Harrison, one brother, Gerald Hubbard of
Harrison, two brothers in law: Frank Allbee and wife Teresa of Midland
and Dale Allbee and wife Pat of Harrison, one sister in law, Joann
DeForest and husband Donald of Mission, Texas, seven grandchildren:
Crystal Anderson, Tim Anderson and wife Kristina, Melissa Anderson,
Anastasia Daniels, Devin Daniels, David Daniels and Christopher Daniels,
three great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Chloe and Isabelle, plus many
nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and
one brother, Louis Hubbard. A special thank-you to her caregivers:
Paula, Shannon, Tonia, Patty, Muriel, Stacy, Starla and their families.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service was held Saturday, March 28,
2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Mrs. Allbee's home, with Pastor Gerald Baxter

LESTER DWAIN HEARLSON
Lester Dwain "'Paw Paw" Hearlson, age
82, of Harrison, Michigan died Friday, April 3, 2009.
He retired from the U.S. Army after 23 years of service. He was a
member of Corinth Baptist Church. He attended Church at First Baptist
Church of Harrison. He enjoyed cooking pancakes for his family every
Sunday.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Lee "MeMaw" Hearlson.
Survived by daughter, Lahoma Frantz and husband, Brad of Harrison;
son, Gerald Hearlson and his wife, Tina of Phenix City, Alabama; one
sister, Sandy Cales of Dewey, Oklahoma;. one brother, Leo Hearlson of
Graham, Washington; grandchildren, James Colbert and wife Rosalee,
Melissa Hattaway and husband Gene, April Herring and husband Gerald,
Misty Evers and husband Ryan, Stephanie Lockwood and husband Mike, Chris
Hearlson and Vellsha Hearlson, twenty great grand children, one
great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews, also, survive.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Wednesday at 2:00 P.M.
Conducted by Rev. Jim Boyd. Interment in LaFayette Memory Gardens.
The family received friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 5:00 -

DIANA LYNN KUNTZELMAN
Diana Lynn Kuntzelman, 55, of
Harrison, passed away, Sunday, March 29, 2009 at her home. Diana was
born October 7, 1953 in Fort Leavenworth, Missouri, the daughter of
Charles Stuart and Bessie Nevadene (Kelp) Kuntzelman. Ms. Kuntzelman had
resided in Harrison since 2008, moving from Shenandoah, Iowa.
Diana loved listening to music, watching television, scrap booking,
reading novels and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving is her loving daughter, Michele Pohl and husband Charles
D. Pohl of Harrison, one son, Jeffrey Akers of Red Oak, Iowa, five
grandchildren: Kami Pohl, Brittany Houtchens, Heather Pohl, Ashley Pohl
and Kyle Pohl. Ms. Kuntzelman was preceded in death by her parents and
one sister, Debbie Kuntzelman.
Memorial services for Diana will be announced at a later date.

JUDITH ANN LAFLEUR
Judith Ann LaFleur, 65, of Harrison,
went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 25, 2009. Judith was born
October 19, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Jacob and
Aurealia (Bryant) Yaklin. Judith was united in marriage to Mr. Earl W.
LaFleur on November 16, 1963 in Buena Vista Township, Michigan. Mrs.
LaFleur had resided in Harrison since 1974, moving from Freeland,
Michigan.
Judith was a member of Hope Baptist Church, Harrison. Judith
enjoyed ceramics, arts and crafts, writing poems and taking pictures.
Surviving is her loving husband, Earl W. LaFleur of Harrison, one
daughter, Lynne M. LaFleur also of Harrison, two sons: Earl LaFleur Jr.
and wife Kathy of Eagle, Michigan and William J. LaFleur and Jaymi of
Harrison, one sister, Lila Bodrie of Bridgeport, Michigan, seven
grandchildren: Jessica J. Bollinger, Allison M. LaFleur, Jacob N.
LaFleur, Sarah R. McIntosh, Joshua W. Jones, Mercades J. Bailey and Jeff
Bailey, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. LaFleur was preceded in
death by her parents, four brothers: Norman, Loren, Jack and Guy Yaklin,
and one brother in law, Frederick Bodrie.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 9:30 a.m.
from Hope Baptist Church, Harrison, with Pastor Eric Pittman
officiating. Interment was in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens of Saginaw.

ROY FRANKLIN HENRY
September 14, 1922 - April 4, 2009

Roy Franklin Henry, age 86, of
Harrison, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2009, at
Tendercare of Clare. Mr. Henry was born the son of Bert and Zonia (Reef)
Henry on September 14, 1922 in Missaukee County, Michigan. Roy had
worked in the oil industry as a truck driver for many years. In his
spare time, he enjoyed: hunting, fishing, and going sucker spearing. He
had lived in the Harrison area his entire life.
Mr. Henry is survived by his two sons, John and Ruth Ann Henry and
Bruce and Linda Henry all of whom live in Harrison; three daughters:
Nancy and Gerry Tedrow of Michigan Center, Michigan, Susan and Paul
Gedney of Harrison, and Ruth Henry also of Harrison; ten grandchildren
and thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He
was preceded in death by: his parents, his wife of forty-three years,
Florence Margaret "Marge" Henry, four brothers: Gerald, William, and
Bert Henry, and Arthur Sutton; three sisters: Hazel, Velma, and Helen.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to
8:00 p.m. at the Stocking Funeral Home in Harrison, Michigan. Funeral
services will take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at
the funeral home, with Exec. Pastor Tim Fall officiating. Burial will
take place in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrison. Memorial
contributions may be considered to the family in care of. Mr. Bruce
